Which scratches can you actually remove?
The fingernail rule: run your nail across the scratch. If it doesn't catch, it's in the clear coat and the polish can usually erase it. If it catches, it's deeper than polishing - and we'll tell you that at the free evaluation instead of taking your money.
How does the loaner car work?
Book a high-speed polish or ceramic coating and a complimentary loaner is included - drop your car, take the loaner, and get on with your day. No waiting room, no rideshare.
Do I need polish before ceramic coating?
Sometimes - a coating locks in whatever is underneath it, so paint with water marks or webbing should be polished first. That's exactly what the free evaluation is for: we look, then tell you what your car actually needs.
